You track your eating (honestly and accurately) for a few days so I can see how you’re currently eating. This will show me where you’re starting and inform your custom plan!
Based on your eating, health history, and dieting experiences, I’ll set your macro ranges and give you a custom plan with explanations + details.
You’ll fill out your check-in spreadsheet each week so I can see your consistency and progress. Based on your schedule, we’ll have weekly or bi-weekly calls to make adjustments.
Long-term success comes from a flexible plan and growth mindset. I’ll help you understand and overcome your limiting beliefs and rewire your thinking to support you!
We’ll work together for a minimum of 4 months so you have time to understand your macro nutrition plan, adjust your macro numbers to the right levels, answer all of your questions, and develop a mindset that will support and sustain you.
